| | Description | : | The design competitions opened for Type A (6-8 Storeys), D (16-26 Storeys) and E (12-14 Storeys) Apartment Blocks were all won by Aytaç MANÇO and he was commissioned to complete the construction drawings. Upon the request of the client, those three types were also built at the 1st part, 2nd and 3rd phases of the project.
The unique plan alternatives and the aesthetic building forms created with tunnel formwork attracted significant demand from the upper-middle class clientele.
